Both people working the front desk that I talked with were very nice, bright, cheerful, and helpful. As they form the first impression of the hotel this is very important. The room was clean and comfortable albeit a little dated. I had a room with a small balcony overlooking the interior courtyard and pool. Very nice. When you travel often you can tell when things are being done well or not. My impression is that this hotel has staff that care.

The staff was so nice and they were very helpful. I was surprised at how outdated the rooms were given the price. The room was very small but having a couch was really nice.

This was not up to Courtyard standards at all. This was more like a cheap Motel. It was not clean, not in good condition, the walls are like paper, and the area did not feel safe at all. Im sorry, but I do not recommend staying there at all.
